Oasis Data Center

Project Overview
The Oasis Data Center Project aims to be New York City’s first fully sustainable, LEED-certified 50 MW, 50-story data center tower. It will be a 500,000 SF mixed-use landmark that brings together a high-density data center, Class A office space, and active street-level retail, creating a new kind of digital infrastructure hub for the region.

Sustainability and Resilience
From day one, the project is designed around clean energy and climate resilience. It will draw power from a mix of hydroelectric, wind, and solar sources, use energy‑efficient materials and systems, and incorporate living walls, vertical gardens, and a climate‑responsive façade to improve air quality and reduce heat buildup. At the base, robust flood‑mitigation measures will help protect the building from sea‑level rise and major storms.

Location Vision
We are currently considering two locations—Brooklyn and Long Island City. Both areas offer strong infrastructure, excellent connectivity, and the chance to integrate thoughtfully with surrounding neighborhoods, positioning Oasis as a model for how sustainable, community‑minded data centers can be built in dense cities.
